My favorite character in FFX was Rikku because she resembled my crush in HS

I’m a bit inebriated rn so apologies if this old wizard’s reminiscing is cringe or soy, but,

I got the ps2 back in 2002, along with FFX. Rikku was instantly my favorite character because my crush, Sam, resembled her (except my crush had much thicker thighs).

Fun fact: I didn’t know this at the time, but my homeroom teacher was classmates with Jecht’s voice actor when he was in HS.
