Incel: person who has lower than average chance of finding a romantic and/or sexual partner because of he has no control like short height, unatractive face, mental illness etc.
Of course, there are short or ugly people who has no problem with dating, but on average they have harder compared to people with standard height or attractiveness.

The working definition is: incel is a male who fails to acquire sex in 6 months of trying in a socially sanctioned manner.
