He's a great dad but parents in the third world just don't understand, you can't just pick yourself up and go outside and live a life.

My dad tells me that "I'm afraid of people" so that's why I'm not leaving the house and making excuses to stay in my room.

No, I've been rotting in my room all day and been very depressed and avoiding people for more than a decade now. I can't just go out and live life. It's hard to explain but at this point I literally can't do it.
I have been doing that for about 2 years,
So I set out short term goals I need:
My Goals
Get any job (completed)
Next get a Car and driving license
Get gym maxxed
Get a better job
Go to Japan
For incels in third world countries getting a job doesn't do anything. So you get a job... great, now you make $300 a month or less. Can't do shit with that money, can't save up for anything with these peanuts.
Would getting a 2nd job be possible?
Yeah, plenty of people do that. But why, to what end?
Well at least then you could save something and maybe open up some options

Perhaps giving yourself a chance to move to a better country?
I was like this as well. But you gotta become low inhib or you will suffer.
There are many third world countries like Ireland, Switzerland, Austria, Uruguay etc. that have higher wages than $300 a month.
