Correct, I’m a big supporter of steroids but you need at least a few years to build a natural base for best results.

What are your goals? Epistane isn’t safe to be ran for more than ~6 weeks due to organ health, and you can’t gain appreciable muscle tissue in that short of time, you will look bigger but its temporary. 200mg test is above natural but not really insane results wise.

Cardarine has fat loss and endurance benefits but is heavily linked to cancer.



If you are trying to looksmax nandrolone is very non-androgenic due to conversion to DHN instead of DHT, so acne and hair loss issues largely avoided. However you will have lots of water retention on cycle. Primobolan is the more androgenic and weaker than nandrolone but won’t bloat you and is extremely healthy sterojd-wise but $$$$.

If you don’t care about health, hair, skin, and ur poor I would just take test&tren tbh. Will get big and shredded.

Don’t take tren&nandrolone unless you are blasting and cruising. They will ruin ur pct

i don’t see much of a reason to use above TRT dosage and other steroids while cutting, I am 212 @8% and can cut without losing muscle on 200mg. Most of you are smaller than this.

And I will probably finish with a brief 3-4 week cycle of winstrol, but that won’t be till I’m under 10%.

Epi and other dry orals are good for the cosmetic effect it’s just temporary so personally I save the $$, but there is a case to be made for running it on a cut to stay motivated as you look leaner. With your current goals and not caring about cancer the stack sounds good to me.

I wouldn’t bulk with anavar. Using a dry oral that way just seems like a waste to me. Perhaps something like anadrol for the acute strength increase during a plateau on a bulk would be beneficial for a short timeframe. Shedding the water weight, cosmetically, ie with var/winny/epi doesn’t have a noticeable effect unless you are lean, like during the end of a cut. If you want something ‘extra’ just use more testosterone.

I personally like EQ as an ancillary for the endurance/stamina, vascularity, and estrogen control aspect, but IME it isn’t very anabolic. I like bulking on test/nandrolone/eq. Obviously EQ is healthier than nandrolone. I would start out either with test/nandrolone or test/eq, it becomes a pain in the ass to manage sides when you introduce 2 new variables and can’t pinpoint the guilty compound.


I have no experience with frag so can’t comment on that. Used generic GH from 4-6ius/day, effect on fat loss was insignificant to me. T3 is kind of meh, maybe a case to be made for it if you have been cutting for a long time and get bloods showing low levels, issue is it’s very catabolic and indiscriminately will remove fat and muscle. Have you looked into salbutamol as a cutting aid? Appetite suppressant, similar to clen (b2 agonist) except short half life so you don’t have to try and sleep while stimmed out. Also safer.

Good advice, I also like to only introduce 1 new compound so I know how to pinpoint where I am getting the sides or positive results. I’ll have to look more into nandrolone. Would love to one day try Tren but you know how that goes lol.

tren is very individual dependent honestly I get no bad sides up to 400mg besides needing to use accutane or I get bad acne on it. Some people can’t sleep on it so fuck that if that is you. Psychologically it makes me lower inhib but seems to hit me milder than most, I’m always a non-confrontational person tho. Maybe if more incels blasted tren we would have more supreme gentlemen

Nothing besides dnp is a more effective fat burner than tren in my experience. Gets you fucking peeled while getting stronger.

Tren cough is an oil embolism. It can happen with any steroid, however tren is typically injected daily due to its most popular ester being acetate, so people often get it with tren, thus the myth it was exclusive to tren is born. I have had an oil embolism twice out of a couple thousand injections. It sucks sure but it lasts a few mins is all. If I was unaware about it being related to the injection I would probably have assumed I am dying lol.

But its not so bad if you know that ur OK. You basically cough hard as fuck for ~2 minutes and pray its over soon Jfl, I can assume if it happened in public somebody would call an ambulance. Look up pulmonory oil microembolism if curious, probably butchered spelling. It’s basically when you get some oil into (its either a vein or blood vessel, the tren fried my memory) and then it gets a few drops into your lung, which you have to cough out of ur system
