That's neo-platonism. Gnostics believe we are trapped by the demiurge (YHWH) and his cronies called "Archons". The demiurge came from a emanation of "The One" that had basically left the divine realm called "Pleroma". All occult metaphysics essentially stem from the ideas of Parmenides, Pythagoras, Plato and Plotinus. This is strong in Kabbalah especially since it is basically greek philosophy with a jewish coat of paint.

I'm kinda on-edge with my beliefs. These beliefs basically lead to Nietzsche, because we are essentially gods in that view so we are above "Good and evil". Then again, there is some proof for reincarnation which isn't in the bible from this article:

A church is a business. Pastors are there to make money. Did you really think they care about volunteering for the people?

Being raised on Christianity, the lukewarm feelgood sermons went nowhere. Screaming and singing and praising a Jew's god, then shaking the donation basket.

Most people congregate at church to virtue signal. They're terrible, judgemental people in real life though.

Don't forget the Bible was written by man, therefore it's a flawed, twisted, and incomplete retelling of a history.

Well Christianity is a joke now. Too many sects that all consider each other heretics, Islam has Shiites but otherwise it’s nowhere near as bad.
