This is unironically the method I'd use if it was available. It's super easy to pass off as just some freak accident, and I actually suspect that a lot of those supposed 'annual freezer deaths' were intentional.

Just imagine the two sex-having cunts slowly realizing that they're locked in as they bang on the door screaming for help—but you're the only one there. Half an hour passes, and they've finally finished crying and wailing, and you smile to yourself contently knowing that they're on the last grasps of their lives. How wondrous... I'd leave that restaurant content, knowing that their frozen corpses would be found the next morning and that I'd get away with it all~

The only thing that would be better is having the opportunity to see the faces of their families as they're given the news. Yep, it's an open secret that most fast food workplaces are just for older teens/uni students to date and fuck. If you're an ugly male in these places, you're an instant outcast and they'll make you do all the work while they flirt. I've always had to work hard in low level jobs. My coworkers always stand around wasting time and talking and I'm expected to pick up the slack. I'm disliked at work as well (probably due to appearance), so poor performance on my part causes me to get reprimanded more harshly than my coworkers.
