He always is happy to see me when I get home and wants me to pet him. I can't think of a single foid that has ever felt that way for me before.

Yeah sadly I'm probably gonna have to deal with losing him someday. I think I'd bury him near a landmark so that whenever I go there, I'd always remember him and the great times we had.

I'm giving him anti-aging supplements to keep him alive longer.

Same. He still does. I miss my German Shepherd Bitch. God how I loved walking with her in the woods & forests etc. I was fitter when I went walking with company.

I'd get one but it gets really hot in the summer in this small apartment I live in and I worry the cat might nor react to the heat well.

My only friend, my cat was killed by a dumb women that didn't know how to drive. I let my cat hang out on my backyard - she never leaved it, but this time for some dumb cat reason she decided to go and cross a street. Some dumb female didn't know how to properly brake and killed my cat, then just drove away. When I was a little kid I had a cat too, killed by a female driver(this time I didn't see it personally, but my mom saw it) and she didn't even stopped then too. Now I'm completely alone. My mom don't want another cat, so that's why I'm moving. I don't earn much and I'm chronically ill but I don't care if I will pay half of my wage to just rent a small apartmnent I want to have friend again.

Get a male cat. I find male cats to be much more friendly and receptive than female cats on average.

Mine could go anywhere and do whatever he wanted but he chooses to come snuggle with me instead. Pets are the best cope imho
