My YOUNGER brother will host a party tonight in our home — him and his friends. It's a birthday party for his friend's girlfriend. He has hosted other parties here in the past, but I'm seemingly PHYSICALLY INCAPABLE of leaving my room while these parties last, I just can't... I think my body reacts like that cuz I don't have my own group of friends, so it would be ineffably awkward to just... stay there... around them... He feels bad for me, and tells me I should just leave the room, but I think it would be weird to be around strangers who have no intimacy with me... but at the same time, I feel like an autistic retard, cuz this is MY house too — they r the fucking guests here! So, that's it

I have been in similar situations. My advice is to use the bathroom and get all the food/drinks you need before everyone shows up and stay in your room. Avoid interacting with them. Normies only want to laugh at and humiliate you. They will notice that you are alone and they will make fun of you while disguising it as a joke. It is essentially a humiliation ritual and it sucks that you have to go through it

If this type of thing happens often, look for a way to move out and get your own place asap.

THats what i used to do aswell just take all the food and drinks i need for the night and only leave my room next day
