Toxic Femininity My boss always puts me in groups with only foids

Whenever we have group discussions at my job twice a month or so my foid boss who is a 50+ year old feminist always puts me in groups with only foids in them and she also puts me in the same group as her, i'm always the only guy in the group. (Keep in mind most foids are post wall 35/40 and 50+ yrs) This has happened for the last 3 times or so. I get that she does this intentionally because she knows deep down i'm a lonely white male and she also probably knows it will make me feel uncomfortable. She probably thinks i spend all my time awake hating on foids or something.

It always becomes very uncomfortable for me because i'm the only guy and the foids always have some input or feedback in the discussion while i don't really have anything to say, i just sit there staring really and pretending to listen... They want points from their boss, they're like teachers pets. That's why they always have something to say.

I've also noticed whenever any of the foids speak they always have eye contact with the other foids in the group when they explain things but NONE of them will have eye-contact with me while explaining or talking about something. It's really messed up.

Yea i'm literally a ghost to them. Once in a blue moon one of them will have eye contact with me but it will always be for a split second.

The problem is that everyone knows i'm the only single male at my job, out of 70 employees or so. I hate the fact that whenever a guy is single and lonely at a workplace he will automatically be seen as an incel in these modern times. You get demonized very quickly, alot of trash talking behind your back etc.

It's like that everywhere i think, where you work in a group. Even if it's a male only job they will ask you about whatever you have woman or not. I would try to become neet if i were you.
