You can't fix wide-set eyes, a long midface or a narrow and tiny skull with surgery (unless invasive in some cases). That's just naming a few

I´ve never had an account but lurked there multiple times,
there are very few who resort to Hardmaxxing.

Did you not read the text in parenthesis? I'm not getting an invasive surgery meant for the most deformed of patients, that's overkill
