I'm 21 years old, my best friend is a 23 year old, and I found out he got engaged 3 days ago. It made me realize how shitty the dating market is. This year is his final year in university before he becomes a dentist (Here in Poland you can be a dentist after a 5 year master's degree), he's a LTN and she was his first girlfriend.
She on the other hand is a 24 year old English teacher (Even I could reach 4th-8th graders English without any dumbass degree lol). She's probably a 1/10 morbidly obese with ugly face not to mention minor deformities and had two boyfriends before my best bro (Or at least that's what she told him). When they started dating 3 years ago I thought he'd date her for a while from lack of options and gently break up but WTFFF
