My backpack is fucked any advice?

I had a bottle of shampoo in a backpack and once I got home, I went to take it out and it was fucking opened and spilled everywhere. Probably not the best place to ask, but I can't find any advice on how the fuck I'm supposed to fully clean this shit because I've gotten the large majority of it out, but now the inside of my bag just has this shiny slippery surface all over it and it won't fucking go away. So anyone experienced anything like this before and knows how to fix or should I just trash it and get another one?

I imported my backpack straight from the sweatshop in China. It is special with a built in sleeve in back for my laptop.

I'll be bringing it with me for my Tokyo trip. Traveling light but will be bringing back lots of stuff. Probably will buy a bag when I'm in Japan for all my dojinshi, manga, and figures.

Just trash it, backpacks are pretty cheap.

I'd say just throw it in the wash. If you can't do that for some reason or it doesn't work, maybe kitty litter would help get rid of the moisture. idk
