Sorry that you have yo go through physical pain except from the mental anguish our lonely lives cause us. I am a posturecel too. I hope i won't get back pains in the future. It will take a lot of effort to correct my posture. The fear of pain is the only thing that can force me to change myself but it's so hard man.
