You on any kind of gear? It can ruin you with acne.

If not, then its just bad genetics combined with high test - you need to take a retinoid compound to shut down those sebacious glands. High test makes you oilier than a jew, which is a major prerequisite for acne.

When I worked out I used to see quite a lot of guys with severe bacne, even had a fair bit myself on the back AND chest ,as well as face.
