my approach journey forced me to eat lots of street food and sugar for spikes of energy

Now I cannot go a day without at least 200 grams of shit foods

Most never get to that level at all. You are probably strong and fit enough. You get a ton of cardio since you bike everywhere.

If you cut the sugary and fried junk and watch your nutrition you'd get conditioned in no time. Then you'd be lifting your bw 125%+ from cutting body weight alone.

Foids don't understand strength, they can't tell the difference between a fat and a strong man. They can identify a firm ass and a six-pack tho.

If you got a six-pack and started biking shirtless in the spring. Don't you think you'd improve?

Then stop benching. Do the exercises you enjoy and think are fun.
Don't cut with more than 20% deficit, make sure you get at least 30% of your calories from protein. Protein powder taste great in oatmeal. You won't lose your gains.

JFL at the most perseverant guy on here can't do basic fitness. You know even the most buff gymbro who exercises daily and measures all his nutrition would have quit a project like the one you are doing, right?

Anyone on here but you I would have accepted the 'I can't' excuse from.

Bro, I literally weigh 80 kilos and can bench 35 kilos 2-3 times no joke. And I know guys even weaker than me somehow. You're not weak if what you're saying is legit.
