Every single day every damn day I can't breathe at all. My nose is blocked almost all day. Im always sneezing. My eyes constantly itch if I use eyedrops they itch. Everything triggers dust pollen everything.

Fucking phlegm everywhere everyday I produce problably a ton of phlegm every day
Do antihistamines help at all?
