Here is to my 2nd interveiw of a plumbers aprentiship. I origonally applyed for commercial but then I changed into doing a residential plumber. Yeah residential doent make as much money but there is alot less competition then comercial. At UA32, there is like 1/3rd of residential applicants as there is comercial. And the fact that I am much better knowleged into residential or actually plumbing in general over HVAC. But thats because plumbing is way more simple and easy then HVAC.
HVAC you need to know a decent amount about electricity and complex mechanical shit. Plumbing is a matter of mapping out water supply & drainage. That and installation. Granted Ill say this. If you can do HVAC then you can do plumbing wile drunk. Thats how big of a gap there is between the 2. Granted no one but me see's it that way.
I struggle a little bit when it comes to HVAC. Infact I really struggle in the class despite having a decent knowlege in the stuff. Not plumbing I can solder that in my fucking brain like a pepsi float. Either way wish me luck. I gone need it.
