-Eat healthy

-Guitarmaxxing, pianomaxxing and musicmaxxing in general
-Languagemaxxing (currently russian)
-Artmaxxing, developing all my artistic potential and creating stuff.
-Moneymaxxing


By the 2 year mark, i Hope i would be fit and skilled. And I get get the money I will go to russia and try to ascend there, wether paid or not, with a hot slavic babe

My advice to you is if you didn't notice any muscle gain after few months it's over for you.bodybuilding is 90% genetics.

i know friends who didn't gain shit after 1 year of gymaxxing and other who started gains just after few months

Started thinning in the middle when i was twenty something, now i have ok hair but not even close to what i had in my youth.
