Regularly on the Us and Uk the towers in the section marked workstations have amazing graphics cards such as the one in my reply with no operating system the xenon towers almost always have amazing graphics cards, most of the time they come with windows 10 pro, however some months they dont have these in stock.

Sorry i forgot to mention the stock and offers change monthly, check back every month and different stock and prices come up.
