Soon it might be everywhere, or at least in every eu country. Better to get into VPN's, Tor and minimizing digital footprint in advance. Use cash, prefer paper and avoid user accounts/digitally stored personal data. I also installed a software that Russians use to bypass Deep Packet Inspection used for blocking access to some websites, in case they start blocking access to VPN providers webpages for example.
I believe there's also a tool made by Iranians as well who used free proxies and such to get past the government internet censorship. I use libreboot but tbh unless ur giga schizocel (everything with an intel and AMD CPU has this problem) but all it is at most is probably a very discrete security vulnerability that can be mitigiated if you keep ur hardware up-to-date.
