oh those guys are "Ledge"endary
one of the best Austrian death metal bands
besides them, Disharmonic Orchestra, Pungent Stench, and maybe Fear Of God (although they're swiss), dunno much about the Swiss/Austria death metal/grindcore scene.

I'm more into Black than in Death Metal but those bands are really good indeed! However did you ever heard about Ass Goblins?
I know man, I DO prefer overseas bands to our own in black metal. and no I haven't. name sounds goregrind.
because Italy birthed Death SS and Paul Chain I can see why it has a bigger black metal scene. but those bands, funnily enough are from countries that surround yours.

oh I forgot, one isn't. its from Chile, Disastrous Murmur is the one from Austria.

Sickening Gore were from Switzerland. Solid if unremarkable OSDM. Coroner is good Tech-Thrash from Celtic Frost roadies. Embalming Theatre is a quality Deathgrind act that came later down the line. For Black Metal, there's Abigor and Darkspace. Other than that, I don't know much about what these countries have exported.
Blood are quite good. I almost prefer their first album (Impulse to Destroy) as an uncontrolled tempest of noise and decay. Not as familiar with their more polished later work.
Trap is always nice.
