Before getting isekaid the main character was one of the biggest anime truecels being a virgin wizardcel NEET with social anxiety so bad he couldn't leave his bedroom. Everyone hated him even his own family (except his parents).

However then he gets isekaid and because he's good looking and has charisma he manages to sleep with several foids and gets many friends and powerful allies, even if he still has most of his incel wizardcel mentality and is a huge perv. When you think about it it shows that personality doesn't really matter if you're born with good genes.
