We already seeing how different world powers r just funding mercenaries to rape through 3rd world countries for resources.

Do you reckon this will instability will spill over to first and second world and if so when? Should us incels start a mercenary group to go ER on foids?

Powerful people have always funded mercenaries to take control over certain lands.
Even in Russia or even in islamic militias rape is not looked upon as something good. If you are, hypothetically, thinking of joining a militia to go ER, don't. There are far better copes than being an asshole.

As for your second point, I do not think that violence will spill over into the first world any time soon. Violence is however in teh seocnd world, if one were to go by the classic definition of former allies of the Soviet Union, then Ukraine but also SOuth American countries are experiencing plenty of violence.
