Now, for sure, as the article I got the table from in the first place makes clear, almost half of all foreigners marrying Filipinas are Anglos (and Anglos specifically, not "whites" in general, non-Anglo whites are pretty comparable to various nonwhites when it comes to this as the table makes clear.)

About one in three intermarriages were between Filipinos and American nationals (4,781 or 32.5% share), while marriages involving Filipinos and Canadian nationals accounted for 7.6 percent.

That's a lot, but that's still just half of the total, and there's a lot of different nationalities in the "others".

It's interesting that the gender outmarriage ratios with Anglos aren't actually that bad. In fact, out of the top 10 foreign nationalities marrying Filipinos, the two with the most lopsided gender ratios are Germans and South Koreans, with a bit over 31 German men marrying Filipinas for every German woman marrying a Filipino, and 29 South Korean men doing so for every South Korean woman.

True, but they are still worthy of being pointed out, especially since I'd say, if purely for the psychological factor, they are more important than the raw numbers (a lot of foreigners marrying your country's/ethnicity's women is much less of a problem if a lot of "your" guys also do so, but a massively lopsided ratio means intermarriages are just another group's men taking your group's women.)

I guess "North Americans" would've been a better term to use there than "Anglos", but even with the British being a bit of an outlier there, it's still not that bad I'd say, add up the Canadians (who have a 6:1 ratio) and the Brits and together they have about a 10:1, Americans and New Zealanders are 15:1, and that's all while Filipino men are only 6.6% of Philippines's citizens who end up in transnational marriages, so overall those ratios are roughly what you'd expect if, per capita given those very much unequal total numbers, Filipinos were as likely to marry Anglos as Filipinas, as the graphs from that article themselves show.

Yeah, I've noticed that that seems to be a feature of datasets like this. Transnational marriages are rarer than people would probably guess, and with the sheer amount of variables (almost 200 countries), it's pretty common for rare combinations to only occur in a certain way one year, or more years in a row. When I was making the thread summing up the 2019 - 2023 transnational marriages in my country for example, the only reason why Indonesians didn't get this type of incalculable ratio was because in just one of those 5 years a few Indonesians married Slovak women, and on the other hand, no Slovak guy had married a Pakistani woman during that period.
