MAJOR COPE WARNING

I've been away for a while, reflecting a little, away from work. I know it's pretty obvious, but... Man, how the environment changes your state of mind. When you put certain things aside, abandon the weight of responsibilities that have been imposed on you, and just let things happen... Everything changes.

Maybe it's age, I'm getting older and I think my mind has started to dull in a way. So if I can give you any advice: Tyler Durden + Tame Impala (Let it happen)

Be nice to people, our time is too short to waste on anxiety caused by social media.
Let's exercise, eat good food, learn a new language, and listen to music that brings you peace.
Even though I don't know you, I have to say: You deserve more than a life of depression and exclusion.

Gym is gay but going on walks is fun. Eating healthy is good advice. Most of us are nice to people in public because we are socially awkward lots of us. The limited interactions we have we are typically polite and shy. But we still feel hatred towards society and women due to lack of socialization and lack of women liking any of us feeling rejected.
