Mountain maxxing

This guy lives in the mountains in a small hut by himself with his pets

What do you guys think? Is it a good cope?

If I tried that here in CA somewhere near Eureka I'm pretty sure the authorities would come down on me eventually.
Thats unless I build my hut in a heavily wooded area to avoid being seen. I'd also be vulnerable to fast moving wildfires. If one happened I'd have to abandon all of my pets and make a run for it.
