As such you should do anything possible to extract maximum benefits from them and never help then unless your testing their loyalty. A small portion(<1/3 maybe) of people you help will reciprocate(give you references/help/advice) I. Identify those and those are worth putting effort in. But they are rare tbh. Too rare.
Easier to grind technical skill and leech off others whenever possible. Also always do work you can show off or brag about. Toss work that can't be bragged/quantified to others or do it at a bare minimum level. Only work that can be bragged about is worth it.
For programmer cels this means front ens work or documents that you are listed as a major contributor too. Fixing bugs and other stuff that is hard to brag abour should be tossed to others whenever possible. Leech maxxing is major key.
Yes its not always possible to be a leech. But whenever it is, be a leech.
People also respect leeches more. They seethe and shit but in the end respect the leech. Many arguably most rich are leeches and everyone respects them. Such is life. The most powerful leeches(Jews) are the most respected.
