Most guys on the internet / instagram who claim to be around that tall don't have horse face.

I suspect most insta "models" or RL models claiming to be tall are frauding to hell and back.
Most really tall dudes have a distinct look that can easily be spotted. 

I also suspect being really tall makes you nearly instant incel. (Of course there are exceptions)
