For many years I have been in monk mode. Just you completely ignore women. Go around town (or anywhere) and don't turn to see a woman, or look at them, keep walking with your head held high. Err on sexual thoughts and get in the habit of focusing your mind on a concrete goal that doesn't involve women, such as having a routine at the gym, studying, or your hobbies.
Why waste time, energy or money for a woman who will never notice you? I've seen that normally people interact with me in a "normie" way even when I'm incel, except when I have low testosterone (from masturbation) and have social anxiety. Fuck it, masturbation (and porn) and women. The monk mode is the way for people like us.
