I know a dude that went to a school for retarded kids because he was too stupid to make it to high school and had no job qualification whatsoever. He worked as a pipe cleaner for 8 bucks an hour. After 10 years got self employed now charges 120 Euros per hour. When he does channel renovation he charges more like 500 Dollars an hour. He is making over 250.000 Euros a year of profit now, has several employees and drives around in a BMW X6. He has built a 1 Million Dollar house in the meantime.

If you work as an employee: $10 an hour. If you work self employed the same job can get you $500 an hour. Of course bosses will tell you it doesn't work this way and they have costs and have to pay taxes and it doesn't pay off at all and they wished they were employees again.
