Marriage used to occur so young in bible times that lust wouldn't be as apparent like it is now. Females would be married after reaching puberty at 12-14yrs, and males would be married once they were adults around 18-20yrs. The average age for a modern marriage now in the west is 32 years old, so it's no wonder why lusts of the flesh are so apparent now more than ever.

We should naturally be marrying young and reproducing in our peak fertile years... but instead most women spend that time "having fun" and men have also been struggling with lust in other forms such as pornography.

Proverbs 5:18:
rejoice in the wife of your youth
Early marriage was an avenue to avoid sexual temptation. And Indicates a positive view of beginning a lifelong covenant early in life.

1 Corinthians 7:8-9:
Now to the unmarried and the widows I say: It is good for them to stay unmarried, as I do. But if they cannot control themselves, they should marry, for it is better to marry than to burn with passion.
So even though it is best for women to stay unmarried after their husbands had passed, if they could not control themselves from lust then they were to re-marry. It goes to show how big of a deal Lust is.

On top of that, in modern society it's now normal to watch sexualised behaviour happening outside of marriage. We consume sexualised media, pornography, etc without the thought of accountability for our actions. The normalisation of lustful thinking is more apparent than ever, and will continue to worsen.

Not only is it satanic and against God, but it also destroys the production of our race - leading to lower birth rates. The 3rd worlders are conquering us while we remain oblivious.

It's possible widespread lust is the result of disinterest towards reproduction. Instead of seeing sex as a means to reproduce, it came to be valued for pleasure instead. @ANTAGONIST

this only shows that the bible allows female lust while shaming male lust

i'm a bit confused on your position. You're oriental orthodox, but you made this statement. Are you disagreeing or agreeing with the bible on this topic?

I agree but I wouldn't marry even a 14 year old they're too young for me.

Truth

Proverbs 5:18:

This is a lucid presentation of a verse that is so often twisted. From my background, this obvious interpretation is somehow completely ignored, leaving males to wallow in isolation/frustration into their 30s. A symptom of mainstream evangelicalism that was heightened in my upbringing. Religion essentially became a tool of feminism to enforce isolation. All they do is blame the men for lust but never address the real problems.

this only shows that the bible allows female lust while shaming male lust
Lowkey true… I try to blame "modern religion" or "evangelicals" but the reality is that there might be issues baked into the theology itself. However I am not an expert on this.

I see… even without any cuck preacher's misinterpretations, the Bible strikes me as going far softer on foids (inherently so)

Evangelicals are worse bro, a lot of them are also very uncultured. At least catholics have cool traditions and lore. However catholics would win the prize for most gay due to the priest pederasty issues :feelskek:

Nope, modern christianity rather handpicks the verses without context. God is no softer on females then men

He literally let a foid whore caught cheating go free :feelshaha: Although I have seen arguments that that entire passage was apocryphal and got added later. Have you heard of that?

I haven't heard of it, but I doubt it was from the apocrypha.
If she truly repented in her heart then she will be forgiven, but in modern day times it is much rarer for an adulterer to truly repent in their heart.
