TL;DR: Industrial society uses a combination of humiliation rituals and shame to break your spirit and remold you into someone who benefits them.

Most foundations of the modern world are humiliation rituals. For your developmental years you are required to most of your free time cucking yourself to teachers (mostly women) you are assigned to, and the rules there are arbitrary at best, and the fact that if you don't submit yourself to them you are subjecting yourself not just to punishment but putting your future at stake is crammed down your throat. When you are finished with that you need to get a job where you will do the same thing for the rest of your life; if you don't then you shouldn't expect your parents support and will no longer have housing security. Getting a job will require you to cuck yourself even more but to much more different people.
It is somewhat socially acceptable if you are vaguely disliking of these figures, but trying not to be a part of this system will get you deemed either a loser, depressed, or a social burden depending on who you are talking to.
You also have to cuck yourself to the government the whole time. Pretty much no one would say that they like the government. Even some sort of mythical apolitical boomer would tell you that they don't like the government. But everyone has to pay large amounts of money to the government involuntarily, follow all of its laws and ordinances, let their personal information either be accessed or accessible to the government at any time, regulate even the most basic and internal of affairs, etc.

If you become homeless then the social pariah factor is drastically increased. You will become either invisible, ignored or violently hated by everyone. You will be a shame on the people you know.

Violating the law and getting caught will be even much more worse. I shouldn't need to explain why prison and being investigated would be a humiliation + shame ritual.

Even just having viewpoints that break away from the system too much and ever mentioning them will make you a hated social pariah.

Any breaking away from this system will result in you losing everything and everybody. Talking about the roots of these problems will make you permanently unable to get any serious job, and you will be hated by the majority of people who know you. You will also be under a microscope and they will wait for you to break at any moment under pressure.

All of this seems to work towards breaking the spirit of anyone who doesn't want to be apart of this game. Our whole world is controlled by an evil cluster of people who don't know any better.

Furthermore, this system is seemingly designed in a way that anyone who is naturally rebellious or skeptical of it will be driven to "mental illness" or suicide.

Anyways, sorry for another sleepless rant.

Characterizing societal conditioning as humiliation rituals is spot on.

If you look into the center of industry you'll find...
dust
