Integration works out for some black men, and most asian women.

For everyone else, they are either neutral, don't want it, or are actually hurt by it.

The two groups of people that lose out the most when everyone starts mixing, are asian men and black women. Its as simple as that. Civil rights movement was black men's petitioning and drive to have access to white pussy.

The correct system would be to make sure no one gets hurt or suffers too much under a new policy. Even if that means largely maintaining the old conservative status quo with a few adjustments. But thats not whats going on right now. Black men, asian women, and low value white men are benefitting tremendously at the cost of asian american men and black women's dignity and well being. We are the two groups that really suffer because of our undesirable repulsive features relative to white standards of beauty.

A functional prosperous multiethnic state is possible as long as all people put the banner of the country they live in above their own ethnicity.
Multiracialism/Multiculturalism doesnt work: USA - Non-whites segregrate themselves away from "white america". They form their own communities and distance themselves from america, while seeing whites as the enemy.
Multiculturalism worked: USSR - All ethnic groups, spanning over mutiple religions and alphabets, including ethnicities whove been fighting for centuries before the Soviet Union and after its collapse got on well. Instead of claiming "im this and that" and distancing themselves from others, they all embraced the Soviet banner, and the country was striving for a long time. This unity also led to socialist victory in 1945.

The keyword here is nationalism: It creates nations - it destroys nations. Its either your best friend or greatest enemy. You can be enemies with your neighbor or unite with him under one nationalistic banner (for example German unification 1871)

A multicultral state works if the cultures hold approximately the same ethical values and traditions.

A multiracial state is difficult to maintain due to the difference of values and traditions from people of different skin colors, even when integrated into the unitary nations, as long as youre "proud to be black" you will never fit into a multiracial state.

TLDR: Non-whites should stop segregating themselves from whites and seeing whites as enemies
