If you should love your neighbor, you should want there to be more of them. Therefore to fulfill this commandment, you should be natalist.

Matthew 5:44 says: "But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you." If you love your enemy perhaps you want there to be more like them - you want them to reproduce. It says to bless them. Well, Psalm 127 seems to say children are a blessing.
