Problem with this line of thinking is that extreme degeneracy and small government mindsets tend to not coexist. There is a reason for why social liberals tend to be more in favor of big government and welfare, while social conservatives are against. It's because without somebody else paying for your degeneracy, it's not really possible to live like a degenerate. The only typical exceptions to the rule are rich white dudes who actually CAN afford to behave that way without government, but they are a minority.

If it's true that gen z is extremely socially liberal, then I 100% assure you that they are also extremely in favor of big government and socialism as well. This alone and by itself will be enough to destroy the west.
