They're catching on to me boyos. Let me give a little bit of background:

I typically do my janitorial duties in the early morning, and get off about an hour before the store opens. One of these duties involves cleaning the front doors, which they have to turn the alarm off and let me go outside to clean them. Lately, I've been forgetting, and sometimes purposely leaving the front doors unlocked before the store opens (srs). Homeless people linger around the area where I work.

This is maybe the 12th time I didn't lock the front doors. And this is the second time a homeless person walked in before the store opens. Dude walks in and my roastie boss (with tats) gives me a very angry look and tells the guy to gtfo. He starts almost taunting her by saying "why are you so scared" "I won't do anything". The dude eventually leaves.

Roastie boss then scolds me and says "You need to stop leaving the front door unlocked janitorcel, this is maybe the 10th time you've done this and we can't have homeless people walking in here when the store is closed." "I'm gonna have to talk to store manager roastie boss about this."

Never trust a female boss. My predecessor, a janitor who worked in the same spot for six years. When the new manager who happened to be a fem was transferred in she fired him without looking for a replacement first. Eventually she had to call him back because she was incompetent. But his contract was over and the job went out for ME. because another guy who worked there was my nephew lol.

I worked there two months then changed up for a free position as a night guard

Can confirm female bosses are the absolute worst. I never had problems with my former boss who was a male. Dude was chill af and always let me slack off. As soon as we switch to female bosses, suddenly I'm "not moving fast enough" or "wearing headphones to avoid talking" etc. Fuck them ngl. Not surprised that she fired your predecessor before finding a replacement.
