MGTOW: 30 year old man who's had his wife divorced him, gets hookups there and then, and decides that life is "happier" when single.
Incel: 25 year old, ostracized by everyone, wants to get a wife/girlfriend.
They're not the same struggle, but both of them have roots lying in the lack of regulations of the genders these days. If men could put women in their place in exchange for his protection, then both inceldom and mgtow would be much rarer.
