So, most people cannot relate to incels. They've never been in the position where the opposite sex is completely repelled by them, and because of this they are unsympathetic.
I tried to come up with a metaphor that would make involuntary celibacy relatable, and the metaphor I think most closely communicates my feelings is comparing sex to food.
I think of girls walking around as delicious foods that I am not allowed to eat. Other people get to enjoy cakes, pizza, and treats of various kinds, but for some inane reason I am not allowed to have any -- even though there is a limitless supply of delicious food. Instead I subsist on only stale bread and warm water, that being masturbation. Sure, I can survive on bread and water, but it's a miserable life. Seeing beautiful girls makes me salivate, and not being able to fuck them is the same as a dog being trained not to eat cupcakes. It's cruel.
What metaphor would you use to communicate your feelings about involuntary celibacy?
