Mental Fatigue

Do any of you struggle with mental fatigue? I do. I've had a constant dull headache for weeks now and so many half sleep nights to where I just feel mentally exhausted.

do you have anxiety? i take magnesium. make sure your sleep schedule is the same everyday. i get brain fog from gastritis and no kidding i was mentally retarded for 1 month, i couldn't even comprehend one sentence
