Interestingly based on my personal experience, I think that not only my physical growth but BOTH physical and mental growth stopped for me when I was like 16. be it IQ level, height, penile length you name it.
I am halted or frozen in a frame of time to live as this aging teenager manchild bum..so when such people told me back then that "you'll just grow and the older you become the more respected you will be the better your chances be" it makes it funnier to me.
unfortunately I used to believe those ideas. I am 28 yo now and I am still a fucking virgin loser bum defying everything they said, what gives?

There's plenty of data out there showing that most males growth plates close between the ages of 15-17. There are exceptions, but for every year after age 17, it becomes exponentially less likely you'll grow any more.

People who grow past the age of 20 exist...but they're probably about as rare as albinos or (actual) midgets.

But normies maybe met someone who claimed to have grown in their 20s, or hear about one somewhere once, and they end up extrapolating based on an anomaly (which might have been exaggerated or outright fabricated).

This happens with so many things. You could say smoking shortens your lifespan, and you'll inevitably have retards pipe up and say something like "BUT MY GRANDMA SMOKED AND SHE LIVED TO BE 98!!!!".

For whatever reason, there's a large chunk of the general population that just can't grasp concepts like statistical averages, probability, etc. Either that or they're just playing stupid. Either way, no matter how you explain it to them, they just won't change their position. You could show them statistics and scientific studies that prove what you're saying is true, and they will continue to confidently double down.
