Meaning of life

Has any of you guys found another purpose in life than getting a wife and children or fucking?
I mean, when I look some great philosophers and how fullfilled there life must have been though they only write about friendship and sience, I kinda get the feeling that there must be a deeper meaning in life than just sex and following my natural instinct.
If so, please share your ideas with me.

This shit was never "the meaning" of life, it's just another fancy luxury you can afford to ease your existence (like owning a big car or a penthouse near the coast). The pursuing of anything related to abstractions (philosophy) or relational stuffs (foids validation) is a luxury too. The life has no meaning, why should it have a meaning in the first place ? That's the kind of question that tortured me when I was a child, now I just don't give a damn anymore. The only reason I'm still alive is because I fear that being dead is probably even more miserable than living a shitty life (I don't believe in after life nor other funny theories on this particular subject). Maybe we just can't accept that the ultimate goal of life is just death itself and eternal darkness ... Our limited human minds can't comprehend the idea of their own eternal nonexistence.

I think there are 2 kinds of philosophers:
Those that had their lifes already solved (had a job, a family or a God, a social network, social status, average/Chad looks, etc....) and tried to think what could be the meaning beyond "just" that (Plato, Aristotle, S. Thomas, Leibniz, Locke, Hegel, Husserl, Heidegger, Gadamer, Horkheimer, Ortega y Gasset, Zubiri, Russell...)
And those that hadn't their lives solved (no job, no family or God, outcasts, mental problems, ugly....) and defended that life has no meaning or that all meaning is living as animals (Epicure, diogenes, Marx, Nietzsche, Freud , @Mainländer , Schopenhauer, Jean Paul Richter, Rousseau, Foucault, Hume, Cadalso, Wittgenstein...) Some of these ones were megacopers like Descart, Ockham, Spinoza and Kant. But loosers anyway.

That's a very interesting perspective. One of the reasons I like the SLOAN/bigfive test is how they correlate your personality with your likely metaphysical/religious/philosophical beliefs. And your looks and "biological success" in general influence your personality a lot.

I don't want to procreate, it's pointless, harmful, and in my case it would probably just be creating another incel. I've been lonely since I was a kid, I just want a gf, and wish the desire would go away. It feels worse as time passes. Not even castrating myself would resolve the desire for physical/emotional closeness. My own biology is awful for doing this to me.

The worst is the semi constant feeling of "why was I born", as my life has been one pathetic joke.

Or, is it a matter of "how is life [to be] defined?" What is the definition of the word LIFE? I would hazard a guess that the meaning of YOUR life is whatever you tell yourself in your mind, your mind's voice, aka "self-talk" that occurs whenever you're awake. We act in a certain way, or make a particular choice or string of choices, in order to fulfill some condition, to work TOWARD a stated or unstated goal, to complete something, to maximize (or actualize) the potential of quality x in any individual human. Some say the "meaning" is simply MORE LIFE, the perpetuation of life itself, procreation. So, with that, us incels would be bereft of this kind of meaning.
