What’s your bodyweight? I just hit 330x6 i am usually 175-180lbs
 
245 bench it remained the same
dAmn try more Overhead standing press Build the core first, OHP is much harder than bench and makes you better at it It helped me hit 285 at 16 But I was bulked and lost Being lean at like 28%bf
 
I benched 200 lbs (3 reps only) a few days ago. On my way to dat sweet 225.

TBH every time I try to exercise I seem to get weaker. Its good for 2-3 weeks then I can't anymore.

Sucks because curries have to eat 10-15 meals just to grow while tyrone eats 0.4 meals a week and gains 10 pounds a week
