dAmn try more Overhead standing press Build the core first, OHP is much harder than bench and makes you better at it It helped me hit 285 at 16 But I was bulked and lost Being lean at like 28%bf245 bench it remained the same
Sucks because curries have to eat 10-15 meals just to grow while tyrone eats 0.4 meals a week and gains 10 pounds a weekI benched 200 lbs (3 reps only) a few days ago. On my way to dat sweet 225.
