The only way to know if it's having an effect on you is to nofap for about a week. Once you do that, try to talk to some foids, see if you behave differently or feel less anxious.
Excessive masturbation just made me feel like I have to pee all the time. I think it was the death grip on my penis more than the masturbation itself.

This could have been the reason why I had to pee so much tbh. I peed like once every our and masturbated 3-4 times daily. Now I do it once every one or two days and can hold it for like 3-5 hours.

Nope, at least not in my experience. I never masturbate before school but one day I did have enough time so I did it and I was actually less awkward. I tried NoFap and it did not make me less socially awkward. (only benefit NoFap seriously has is that your skin quality will improve)
My awkwardness is mainly caused by the lack of experience. Whenever I have a lot of interactions I feel my awkwardness decreasing significantly. When I spend my time indoors for 5 days straight and fap all day, I will be not only socially awkward, but socially anxious!
In conclusion, the social awkwardness is only indirectly caused by fapping. If you fap 5 times a day you're wasting a lot of time. If you used that time being social, your social awkwardness would be diminished.
