I struggling to decide one of two things. Quick backstory, I took roaccutane (infamous anti acne drug) and now have clear skin (still ugly and still bald tho) used to have worst fucking acne imaginable as I ate delicious garbage food like chocolate sweets and McDonald's

Option 1: I go back to eating enjoyable foods like chocolate, sweets and dairy (shit I've been avoiding to maintain clean skin) cos I'm still ugly and no point trying to have good skin cos will still never get gf

Option 2: keep eating strictly no dairy and only healthy foods+regular gym sessions to stay healthy

Stay healthy but be honest to yourself. If you are an incel chances are that you will die an incel. Eating healthy will do shit for you if you are truecell. It will help you to stay healthy, to be able to do shit in your freetime etc. It will NOT get you laid.

I like gym and will probably continue to do it but I'm so sick of forcing myself to eat healthy and huge quantities of chicken when I can smash down cheeseburgers, chocolate and milk and yoghurt n cheese etc and get the calories n protein I need to gym
 
I've tried the second option which gave a little bit positive sense to my life but now I feel empty again :feelsbadman:

My Psoriasis went away when I started gymcelling and eating Keto.
I think it is delicious.
I ain't never going back.
 
Option 1 buddy boyo. Way more enjoyable. I usually just order fast food so I don't have to leave my room

I drank 1.5 litres of milk per day + entire blocks of chocolate and packets of gummy bears every day. It's a miracle I don't have diabeetus. I haven't touched a sweet or chocolate or dairy food in over 2 years I miss it so bad
