Yes it's true, Jews on both sides of the war are benefiting. There are many Jew factions working against eachother, they aren't one homogeneous group.
The Democrat Jews in the US kept sending money to Ukraine, and most of the money got laundered and sent back to themselves. That group of Jews is certainly pissed. And now that Trump is in power they can't get rich through that method anymore. So no matter what the US is getting out of Ukraine one way or another.
The Jews in Europe, the ones who control Germany, France, and UK are probably shitting their pants right now, figuring out how they keep the war going without wasting too much money.
