Say in a large government or corporate organization. The corporation decides action its going to take and gives orders to the beta males. Its not the beta males place to put up resistance, or be competitive/butthurt/whiny/angry. The beta male is getting paid to do a job, and either he does it and with a good attitude, or he just gets fired and replaced.
