I know it's meant in jest, but I do think people have a lot of gripes with "complex" tactics in Football. I'd say the park-the-bus and muh 'dark-arts-of-football' cancers have actually necessitated the rise of tactics in Football. I don't expect champagne football when it's Yeovil Town or fucking Tranmere Rovers playing, but I do want something pleasant to watch when its top division teams clashing. Given the awful defensive nature of top division football, I'd rather fucking watch Sunday League games at this point.
