I literally thought I made friends on here when I couldn't in the real world, yet I was wrong again.
Sure I have minor acquaintances on here, but literally everyone I joined here with are either banned for being too schizo, fakecel, or not really cool with me because they're more mature than I am whenever I'm not speaking ex cathedra which is like 90% of the time.

God helps me, but God also commanded us to commune with the world for it is good for us, but I can't do that if they don't want to commune with me.

It is troubling joining a community of people going through the same thing but then no one wants to create lasting friendships with each other despite the fact that a large majority struggle with not having friends. Maybe I'm just old (40+) but I have no idea what people mean by an "online friend" and I've been online since 1993 in the proto-Internet days. Is it someone you talk to (with voice) on Discord or Whatsapp? Or just someone you DM on a forum or Instagram?

Maybe it's because I didn't grow up playing video games online while chatting online with the people I'm playing with. My video games were in the 80s/early 90s alone in my bedroom (Atari 2600,Nintendo,Super Nintendo).
