This works for atleast mid-tier normies. For incels it's not only pointless doing all this for the sole purpose of getting a gf but it's also impossible even if you want to try it. No social circles for any REAL incels (as most of you here are trolls, larpers etc.) No social circles for your face/height/frame/non-NTness. I believe social circles are a pathway to cheat your path to women when you otherwise couldn't BUT social circles usually originate from teenage years and you're not able to just jump into one at will. Falling out of them at any point is usually irreversible.
