This is probably by far the number one cause of deaths among SEAmaxers. No one respects the traffic rules and no one will stop for you even at a crosswalk where you have the priority.

Cigarettes and alcohol is very cheap in SEA. So cheap that even the non smoker and non drinkers become addicts.
And it is well known that 50% of smokers end up dying due to the cigarette. Alcohol is very deadly if combined with a motorbike.
Last risk to not underestimate: Having an ER son
I think many people underestimate this risk, but young noodles in SEA are extremely fertile, it is very common for 60 yo or even 70yo SEAmaxers to father hapas, especially in the Philippines where abortion is illegal.
